Resumo

My intention is to show some examples of cartoonists and comic writers, who possibly have not had the recognition they deserve when their works are adapted in the cinematographic medium, for example: When even recognizing fees and royalties, the film companies do not they give them sufficient credit, that is, they did not recognize their moral right for being the original authors of the work and also when in life their economic rights were not recognized, since on many occasions they were paid a fee but they were not recognized royalties, considering that his works resulted in great worldwide box office successes mainly and sometimes in video game series.
Some important cases that have been seen are for example in DC Comics, the case of the creators of Superman, Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and some Batman collaborators such as Bill Finger and Jerry Robinson or some examples with Marvel Comics, with Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby, who drew several comics whose adaptation for the cinema today has received great collection after the creation of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Finally, I will also name some North American and European screenwriters and illustrators of whom not much is possibly known, but their works have resulted in important films, since my intention is to highlight the work of these people who constitute the basis of an industry that with Over time it has become lucrative for which they also deserve recognition.
